This workshop led by Dr. Douglas Airhart, MHT, and Derrick R. Stowell, M.S., CTRS is designed for service providers interested in new ways to achieve therapeutic goals and people interested in doing horticultural outreach with special needs populations.
Participants will receive an overview of Horticultural Therapy, accessibility and adaptations for special needs, horticultural and botanical craft ideas, and information on how to start and implement a program. CEUs are available toward professional licenses or certificates through Tennessee Technological University.
