Holiday Wonders at the Garden. Runs select evenings November 24 through December 26. 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. This year’s holiday celebration at the Garden is bigger and brighter than ever! One central location, three attractions, guaranteed holiday fun for all ages! Visit for more information.

Snowy Nights is designed to give everyone in the family a chance to enjoy the winter weather and celebrate the holiday season with light displays and seasonal activities. There is always “snow” in My Big Backyard – even if Mother Nature didn’t supply it – as well as interactive winter fun and games for families to enjoy. Families and friends gather around fire pits on the patio, sipping hot cocoa and roasting marshmallows for s'mores. The Giant Light Bright, made completely of recycled materials, became one of the most popular engagement spots in Memphis last winter, and children could not get enough of the "faux snow" in the Snow Globe play tent.

New this year! Sculptures Bright offers an opportunity for art lovers and non to learn about and appreciate the permanent collection of art pieces in our Sculpture Garden. Carefully curated by the Memphis Garden Club, and featuring art of some of Memphis’ most accomplished sculptors, Sculptures Bright is a not-to-be-missed opportunity for couples, families, and groups of all ages. Enjoy an adult beverage, listen to holiday music, and leisurely stroll through our outdoor Sculpture Garden, stopping at each evocatively-lit piece and pausing to read a bit about it and its artist.

Also new this season! Trees Alight is our gift to the City of Memphis and the broader community. This spectacular multi-media light show in our award-winning Conifer Garden highlights not just one grand Christmas tree, but other evergreens surrounding the stately focal point, creating the most interesting holiday light show in Memphis! Trees Alight will be viewable by passers-by along Cherry Road, as well as from inside the Garden, to enhance the visitors’ experience at Snowy Nights and Sculptures Bright.
