July 1 – August 31. Diana Shearon’s “Chasing the Light.” Fratelli’s Café Gallery Monday-Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. only.

Diana is a master artist at painting beautiful gardens and floral studies. “Flowers and blooms in particular with their graceful shapes and subtle color shifts as light passes through them are favorite subjects for me to paint. While my work bends toward expressive there is still very strong realism working through my paintings. Finding a just the right supporting cast for the flowers is one of the challenges I enjoy when putting together my compositions. Sometimes it will be one of my antique pots or a simple clear vase that make the whole composition become satisfying. Chasing the Light will have paintings developed in my studio and a variety of garden locations.”
