The Urban Home Garden is growing everyday and getting nearer to the envisioned design. The latest focus has been on espaliered fruit trees, trellised blackberries, and cold frame usage. The fruit trees and berries exhibit how vertical gardening can save space, give privacy, and provide the garden with winter interest. Two designs of cold frames show winter composting and offer an ornate location to harden-off your spring plantings. There is always something new at the UHG. Come by and see what is coming next.
