Learn the ancient mystery of bonding metal and glass into a harmonious, colorful work of art. During this workshop, we will create a fine silver pendant or earrings, learn how to prep after firing for best enameling results, plus basic enameling techniques that will add amazing depth and color to your metalwork. Experience with metal clays and/or enameling is not required. We'll cover all the basics and you'll leave class with lots of inspiration and information to keep the creativity going! This class is for anyone wanting to learn to create their own precious metal elements, add color to their work, or explore enameling basics. You will leave class with a finished piece.

All materials and tools are provided, and you are welcome to bring any of your own tools and textures that you would like to use in class. We will break for lunch mid-day. You are welcome to bring a sack lunch or order from Fratelli’s Café.

MBG members $85/non-members $99. Call 636-4128 for more information or to register.
