This annual fee entitles you to:

* unlimited photography/video shoots.
* Free admission for photographer/videographer.
* Free admission for two (2) assistants.
* Free admission for ten (10) individuals per shoot.

If your photographer/videographer is not a member, you may pay a one-time fee of $75 per photo shoot. This fee includes photographer/videographer, two assistants and a maximum of ten individuals.

Reservations for photo shoots may be made Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., by calling 901-636-4100.

Photography shoots are allowed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (5:30 in the summer months).

MBG reserves the right to charge an additional $25 for unscheduled photography shoots, and reserves the right to refuse shoots based upon its event schedule.

Photography Guidelines

1. All shoots must be scheduled in advance.

2. All photographers/videographers are required to check in at the Front Desk.

3. Small rooms may be rented for use as changing rooms. Restrooms may not be used for this purpose. The rental of these rooms must be scheduled in advance.

4. The Garden is a public facility, therefore dress for models and photo subjects must meet acceptable community standards.

5. Respect the Garden. Do not step in the flowerbeds, pick the flowers, or move floral containers. Attaching materials to Garden structures, trees, or plants is strictly prohibited.

6. Respect the reserved areas of others engaging in special events such as a wedding or birthday party.

7. If video or photography becomes published, the publishing organization will ensure that MBG receives credit and a copy of the publication. Should this not occur the Memphis Botanic Garden reserves the right to apply a service fee of $75 per shoot.

8. MBG reserves the right to disallow photo shoots if the photographer and/or the sponsoring organization does not comply with these policies.
