Shodo means “the way of writing” in Japanese. The aim of this class is to learn how to write three kinds of Japanese, characters: kanji, hiragana and katakana in different styles. The class does not aim at acquisition of characters, so you need not worry about having learned the Japanese language. You can enjoy the art of writing Japanese calligraphy and experiencing Japanese culture, beginners welcome.
