This week the buzz in the Education Department is more of “the Bzzz”…as in bees. As part of our annual Spring Festival of Flowers, 2800 K-2nd graders have been swarming through the bloom-filled garden stopping at nine different activity stations that teach botanical basics. They learn about the seed life cycle, pollination, flower adaptations and more through engaging puppet shows, dress-up storytelling, and crafts.
